While many know Bob Reina to have quite a sense of humor, it's no joke when he says: "In order to be successful, it takes commitment over a period of years, and I mean a lot of them." Self-discipline helped him remain farsighted in a career that had many bumps as well as forks in the road. Bob juggled several jobs while completing his coursework at the University of South Florida, and he eventually went on to graduate number one in his police academy class. Anyone recognizing his picture might be having a flashback of Bob pulling them over during his patrol days. In response to an entrepreneurial itch, however, Bob began using good old-fashion desire and sweat to make it as a part-time associate in direct selling. His passion for marketing led to boldly giving-up a steady paycheck. Family and friends called him crazy, but he had a clear-cut vision for success. In a recent survey, "Bob's vision" was actually the reoccurring reason that Talk Fusion's marketing and technology experts joined his team. He brings insight and dedication to work, and he also brings family pets (like his loyal dog Shadow) to the office each day. Therefore, it is no surprise that much of Bob's free time goes to actively supporting non-profit groups to help animals.

Jeanne Dickson's title might be long, but her list of executive duties is even longer. Perhaps that is because her professional know-how has made her an official go-to woman at Talk Fusion. Surprisingly, her career path did not begin in the direction of global operations. Jeanne earned a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education at the University of South Florida. "Ms. Dickson" taught first and fifth grade for several years. Although before long, she caught the eye of a major Florida University. Her big business talents came to the forefront, and there was no turning back when she was given oversight of a multi-million dollar budget. The combination of Jeanne's business and teaching experience led her to successes in network marketing. She developed award winning training tools that have been adopted by various companies as a model for domestic and international business training and development. Jeanne's business savvy and upbeat nature is the perfect addition to the Talk Fusion family.
You will not be caught nodding off when Susan "Susie" Reina is present. That is not because she is the boss' sister. It's because Susie's high-energy and motivational approach will have you up and on your toes. That is why Bob Reina, whom Susie considers to be her "role model," hired her. Prior to joining the executive team at Talk Fusion, Susie had proven herself as a proactive and respected leader with over 20 years in operations and management. She climbed that proverbial ladder of success to hold a managerial position with a Fortune 500 company. While overseeing a staff of more than 150 employees, Susie fortified her hardworking and dead-line driven attitude. As a result, those attributes continue to land her the role of team leader in companywide projects. Her energetic nature is rarely left at the office. On any given weekend, Susie can be found out on the town, enjoying a jazz band or checking out an art show.

If anyone knows how to launch technology into a new realm of convenience, it is Dr. Jonathan Chen. Fluent in many computer languages and operating systems, Dr. Chen is the man behind the curtain of Talk Fusion's wizardry. He wove his collective expertise into the creation of Talk Fusion to redefine the terms user-friendly and error-free video email. Throughout his years, he has made a name for himself by creating dynamic software applications. Dr. Chen, who received a Ph.D. in Applied Mathematics from the University of Wisconsin in 1989, led the American Airlines Performance Analysis Team to establish the corporate intranet web site, a complex data warehouse and analytical system. His responsibilities at Talk Fusion, which includes the web-based database application system, would likely make a less technical person's head spin.
Roy Bashore's professional career dates back prior to donning a cap and gown. As an artistic high school kid, he was recruited to work full-time as a product illustrator. That did not stop Roy, who would much rather be busy than bored, from squeezing in courses at the University of Colorado. His talent definitely launched his career, but it was a hardworking attitude that helped him soar. Several well known on-line companies, creative managers, attorneys, and powerful executives have sought after his keen illustration, layout abilities, and design skills. With nearly twenty years of experience, this design specialist brings creative talent to the Talk Fusion family. When Roy is not at his drawing board, you will find him playing with his kids in their Colorado Mountain home. They do not feel lonely high-up in those mountains, since the family includes three dogs, two rabbits, four rats, and a canary to boot.
