The default setting is "Auto", which means your 1st personally sponsored Associate will be placed on the left and the second one on the right. If you sponsor additional Associates while in "default" setting, the new Associates will be placed on the outside of the leg with the least amount of Group Sales Volume, known as your "weaker leg". If you have it set to "left", the personally sponsored new Associate will be placed on the outside of the bottom of the left leg. If "right" is chosen, the personally sponsored new Associate will be placed on the outside of the bottom of the right leg. You can also place Associates on an individual basis.
Since commissions are immediately credited to you and your entire Upline, once you place someone into your organization, they cannot be moved. Therefore, be sure you train on how to place people correctly!
In your Talk Fusion Back Office, you will have a live summary of your personal sales, team sales and your genealogy. It is updated live 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.
Customer volume is placed to help maximize the compensation plan. If an Associate has not reached the Executive level by generating 600 Personal Sales Volume (one time requirement), the volume will be placed in the associates 01 business center until the 600 PSV is reached. If the associate has already generated 600 PSV, the volume will be credited to the leg which has the lesser amount of sales volume.
When an Associate has generated 200 Personal Sales Volume (PSV) in their business center, Sales Volume will begin to accumulate.
Volume is maintained as long as qualifiers are met. In the case of new Associates, they are given a 7-day grace period to become qualified (personally sponsor 1 Associate on the left and 1 Associate on the right).

After you have received your new car—Mercedes-Benz C300 Sport Sedan or C300 Luxury Sedan—Talk Fusion will continue to pay you up to $500 per month for one full year as an allowance for your car. After one year, Talk Fusion will review your distributorship. You will continue to receive a monthly allowance for that year, and all subsequent years, based upon how many weeks in the previous year you maintained your qualified and active rank of Double Diamond. 40 weeks plus = $500; 30-39 weeks = $325; 20-29 weeks = $250; 15-19 weeks = $125.
